• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM (scheduled in tandem with another provider)
• Hours/Week: 14-21 shifts per month (guaranteed hours per day vary)
• Employment Type: Contract / Locum
• Licensure/Certifications: Active or IMLC license, BLS, ACLS, DEA, BC required
• Experience: Prior inpatient Cardiology APC experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient cardiology services in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and other APCs for seamless patient care
• Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Administer and monitor medications and interventions specific to cardiology patients
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all certification and licensure requirements

What You Need

• Active or IMLC license in Washington
• DEA certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Board-certified in cardiology or related specialty (preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior inpatient APC experience in cardiology (preferred)

Preferred:

• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing hospital environments
• Experience managing complex cardiology cases
