Summary

Acts as liaison between program staff and technical teams to translate environmental data and reporting needs into system configurations and dashboards

Key Skills

Requirements gathering, data analysis, workflow documentation, SQL basics, dashboard requirements, stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements, analyze environmental data workflows, define reporting/dashboard needs, support system configuration and user acceptance testing (UAT), document processes and system functionality.

Certification - Nice to have

CBAP, PMI-PBA

Specific needs

Understanding of environmental data management processes and state agency reporting requirements.
