Job Details Job Duties: Draft and revise estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related documents. Prepare customized estate planning documents based on client objectives and attorney direction. Conduct legal research regarding trusts, estates, tax, and California law. Review existing estate plans and recommend revisions as appropriate. Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to ensure documents accurately reflect client objectives. Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail. Job Requirements Active California Bar license in good standing. 3-5+ year of legal experience in estate planning, trusts, probate, or related experience strongly preferred.
