Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients, families, and staff.
