Duties & Responsibilities

Frontline service with purpose

As a teller, you will be the welcoming face of CommunityAmerica, delivering friendly, accurate service while handling financial transactions. You'll build trust, answer questions, and support members in reaching their financial goals through:

• Member-centered service – greet each member with warmth and professionalism, listen actively, and provide tailored solutions that meet them where they are on their financial journey.
• Relationship-driven service delivery – connect members with products, services, and specialists that align with their goals, helping them take the next step toward financial success.

Requirements

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred); bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
• Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to member needs
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
• Bilingual preferred
