Datacenter Security Operations Leader

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a Campus Security Manager to lead security operations for multiple datacenter sites. You will partner with site leaders to deliver a consistent program and drive safety, staffing, and performance improvements across locations. You will guide recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching, set standards for customer service and communication, and monitor KPIs, audits, and program effectiveness.
