Patient Scheduler

Description Ensures proper ICD coding and MDS data input for Centralized Scheduling Services. This position schedules patients for Imaging, Infusion Services and multiple other areas. Inputs all data required for accurate scheduling to ensure exams get scheduled and enough information is obtained to get preauthorization. Required Qualifications: Experience/background in Imaging Scheduling and a combination of education and directly related work experience in health care, ICD coding, medical terminology and understanding of insurance information. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
