In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all dealership operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.Lead, coach, and motivate dealership staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives and ensure compliance with brand standards.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.Ensure dealership compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.RequirementsProven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the automotive retail industry.Strong knowledge of dealership operations, new car sales, and service management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets effectively.Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.BenefitsCompetitive compensation ranging from $20,000.00 to $40,000.00 per month, paid semi-monthly.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.Paid time off and holiday pay.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Employee discounts on vehicles and services.About the CompanyMazda of Claremont is a well-established new car franchise dealership located in Claremont, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional automotive products and services to our community.
