- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop workforce and subcontractor schedules, making adjustments as project conditions change.
- Prepare and maintain detailed daily field reports documenting manpower, activities, progress, deliveries, safety observations, and project concerns.
- Manage assigned construction scopes from planning through completion, including procurement, execution, and closeout activities.
- Develop preliminary cost estimates and budget projections based on project requirements and scope definitions.

- Establish project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics while tracking progress against planned objectives.
- Coordinate project execution activities and provide routine status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Work closely with facilities personnel, operations teams, and end users to minimize disruptions to ongoing building activities.
- Supervise off-shift and night-work operations when project schedules require after-hours construction.
