Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide inpatient and acute care therapy services. The role involves delivering intensive therapy sessions to patients recovering from stroke, orthopedic injuries, or other conditions, with a focus on optimizing functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapeutic activities for 3 hours daily to support recovery goals.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and safety.
  
  
• 
  Support patients in transitioning to home or the next level of care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Occupational Therapist license with state licensure.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of relevant therapy experience.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in inpatient rehab and acute care settings.
  
  
• 
  Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
  
  
• 
  Proven ability to collaborate with healthcare teams.
