Technical Delivery Manager

The team you'll be working with:We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead a large-scale application development and support engagement within a major public sector programme.This role requires a strong delivery leader who can operate across multiple technology towers, engage confidently in technical discussions with delivery teams, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.What you'll be doing:Lead end-to-end delivery of application development and support services in a complex, multi-technology environment.Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and escalations.Provide technical oversight and engage in detailed discussions with engineering and support teams.Manage resources, including planning, allocation and utilisation across teams.Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Track and manage financial performance, including P&L, revenue and margin.Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.What experience you'll bring:Extensive experience in IT delivery, across both application development and support.Proven progression from a hands-on technical role into delivery leadership.Experience managing large, complex delivery engagements in multi-technology environments.Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior non-technical clients.Ability to switch between deep technical discussions and executive-level communication.Experience in resource management and financial oversight (P&L, revenue, margin).Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.DesirableExperience working with public sector clients.Experience in multi-vendor or managed services environments.Who we are:At NTT DATA, you have endless opportunities to think big, act bold and take ownership.
