Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 40 Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care. Develop and administer individualized treatment programs with specific goals set according to patient capacity and tolerance. Set realistic and achievable goals, document progress, and educate patients and families on appropriate therapy methods. Develop plans of care for each patient and provide skilled interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, evaluate and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. State license as a Registered Physical Therapist (current or actively seeking licensure). Passed the NPTEM exam. Graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience.
