24/7 Dispatch Operations Manager - Multi-Location Logistics

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Dispatch Operations Manager for a growing, multi-location logistics and transportation organization dedicated to safe, reliable, and high-performance fuel and delivery operations. This role is onsite with multi-site operational oversight across Southern California , with travel between locations as needed. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role supporting a 24/7 dispatch and logistics operation . POSITION OVERVIEW The Dispatch Operations Manager will oversee 24/7 dispatch operations across multiple locations and logistics programs, ensuring efficient coordination between dispatchers, drivers, field operations, and leadership teams. This role is responsible for strengthening operational structure, improving communication workflows, and maintaining high levels of service reliability and accountability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about building strong, scalable systems that support both people and performance.
