Responsibilities

-Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.

-Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, heat pumps, gas/electric package units, and related commercial equipment.

-Lead and support a team of HVAC technicians in the field.

-Assist technicians with difficult diagnostics and technical troubleshooting.

-Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their skills and confidence.

-Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

-Communicate professionally with customers and provide exceptional service.

-Complete service documentation accurately and on time.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.

Qualifications

-7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.

-Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and controls.

-Proven ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.

-EPA Universal Certification required.

-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team.

-Experience mentoring or training technicians is highly preferred.
