What You’ll Do As a Financial Planner, you'll work closely with clients to help them navigate every stage of their financial journey. Responsibilities include: Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's goals. Conduct client review meetings and provide ongoing financial guidance. Analyze retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning opportunities. Collaborate with advisors, portfolio management, and support staff to deliver a seamless client experience. Participate in educational seminars, community events, and other client engagement opportunities. Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and address evolving financial needs. Stay current on financial planning strategies, investment trends, tax considerations, and industry developments. Maintain accurate client records, financial plans, and documentation. What We’re Looking For Required Approximately 5+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related client-facing financial services role. Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment. A professional, personable, and client-first approach. Preferred Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation preferred but not required. Series 65 license Experience working within an RIA or comprehensive financial planning practice. Experience with retirement income planning, investment management, tax planning, and estate planning. Experience conducting client meetings and presenting financial planning recommendations. Why Join Altura?
