Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Pediatrics team in Peterborough, NH . This full-time, permanent position offers a consistent daytime schedule and the opportunity to provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for pediatric patients.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, wellness, and preventive care.
• Supervise and guide LPNs and Medical Assistants as needed.
• Follow hospital policies and maintain a safe, high-quality care environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Previous nursing experience required ( New graduates are not accepted )
• BLS (AHA) Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
