We are CSUSA Security seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring mid-level to senior-level security professionals primarily, managing the end-to-end recruitment process without any travel requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in candidate sourcing, security guard experience, veterans preferred, screening, and offer management, ensuring compliance throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for mid and senior-level Security roles
- Coordinate interviews efficiently between candidates and hiring managers
- Post job openings across appropriate platforms
- Screen candidates to assess fit and qualifications
- Manage offer processes and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-5 Years in recruiting and hiring security guards
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques
- Experience with onboarding processes
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation expertise
- Effective time management
- Team collaboration abilities
