Corporate Trainer

Overview On Q Property Management is hiring a full-time Corporate Trainer at our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. We are scaling fast and onboarding new team members at a rapid pace, making this a high-volume training role where no two weeks look the same. This 100% in-office role puts you in the center of the action and underpins a culture where ideas, innovation, and ownership are encouraged. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs at scale — onboarding waves of new hires, developing existing talent, and building curriculum to keep pace with a fast-growing company. Responsibilities Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning Collaborate with department heads and HR to conduct training needs assessments Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth organizational transition Incorporate technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery and accessibility Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (a bonus) 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role Strong presentation and facilitation skills Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools Benefits Company-sponsored Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Free Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401k Matching Gym Membership The opportunity to get your real estate license for FREE #J-18808-Ljbffr
