Technical Program Product Manager

This role sits within a global infrastructure organization responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operations of large-scale cloud network environments supporting critical digital services worldwide. The team ensures the reliability, performance, and scalability of a global network spanning data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling infrastructure. They solve complex, high-scale technical challenges across distributed environments, working closely with engineering, operations, security, and vendor partners. They are seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to lead end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure builds, upgrades, and expansion projects across global data center environments. The role requires strong program management experience, the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and the capability to drive execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. A solid understanding of networking and data center infrastructure is essential. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional infrastructure programs, coordinating engineering and vendor teams, tracking risks and dependencies, driving delivery timelines, and supporting infrastructure reporting and process improvement initiatives.
