Laboratory Assistant

Laboratory Technician
With direct supervision and training, performs simple and routine laboratory procedures and tests. Collects, processes and relays specimens. Serves as receptionist and performs laboratory-related clerical duties associated with the requisitioning and reporting system of the Medical Center's Laboratory department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Vocational training specific for laboratory required. Training must include vital signs, injections (IM, Subdermal, Intradermal), and venipuncture.
