Overview Project Architect role at an established architectural practice specialising in bespoke high-end residential design. Based in Berkshire. Lead the delivery of prestigious residential schemes, work closely with discerning private clients, and be part of a collaborative, design-focused practice known for delivering exceptional homes. Lead the delivery of bespoke, high-value residential projects from concept through to completion Work within a collaborative and supportive studio that values creativity, quality, and innovation Flexible working approach with a blend of office-based and remote working Genuine career progression within a growing and ambitious practice Take ownership of projects across all RIBA stages with regular client and consultant interaction Join a well-established practice with an excellent reputation and exciting plans for continued growth Work in a design-led environment where attention to detail and craftsmanship are at the heart of every project Play a key role in delivering exceptional architecture while contributing to the ongoing success of the practice Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of bespoke residential projects across all RIBA work stages Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery Develop and produce high-quality design proposals, technical packages, specifications, and construction information Monitor project programmes, budgets, resources, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle Lead consultant coordination and resolve technical and design challenges as projects progress Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Support and mentor junior members of the team where appropriate Promote sustainable design principles and contribute to the delivery of environmentally responsible projects Skills & Experience ARB-registered Architect with proven UK project delivery experience Demonstrable experience delivering high-end private residential projects through multiple RIBA stages Strong technical knowledge with the ability to coordinate complex residential schemes Confident managing client relationships, consultants, and project teams Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Experience using Vectorworks would be advantageous Good understanding of sustainable design principles, with Passivhaus knowledge or certification considered beneficial Commercial awareness with the ability to balance design quality, programme requirements, and project budgets To apply To apply, please call Sophie on 01792 963134 or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio to View email address on click.appcast.io.
