Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence Build client relationships to meet financial needs Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls Drive the client experience Manage cash responsibilities Requirements Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results Collaborates effectively and builds strong relationships Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients Effective and confident communication skills Ability to engage all clients Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations Efficient time and capacity management Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions preferred as a desired qualification One year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals Six months of cash-handling experience High school diploma, GED, secondary school, or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate’s degree desired Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client engagement and relationship-building skills while effectively processing cash transactions and educating clients on banking solutions.
