Digital Marketing SpecialistThe Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for monitoring and updating client social media platforms, updating client websites and general office administrative duties.Duties/Responsibilities:Oversees social media campaign schedules and pulling KPI data to determine media successUnderstand KPIs and communicate performance to President/CEOCollaborate with other design team members to provide attractive and effective campaignsMonitor all social media sites and contentKeep up with social media technologies used in social mediaUnderstand and use media marketing tools as requiredDo outside sales to potential clients as neededTrack customer engagementPosition requires multitaskingAssist with entering and tracking help desk reportingMust be able to use critical thinking and problem solving skillsUpdate customers web page design/updates/edits and publishing as neededAnswer calls and greet customersPosition requires the good communication and written skillsAssist with general office administrative dutiesRegular and sustained attendanceOther duties as may be assignedNOT A REMOTE POSITION. Must work on-site in Ponca City, OKSupervisory Responsibilities: None.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing or business field preferredOne or more years' experience as social medial coordinator or related roleExperience working with web design and publisher helpfulUnderstanding of SEO and web traffic data requiredPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.Must have good close range visionFrequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; stand; walk; sit and climb or balance.
