About the Agency:

Our agency brings together a legacy of experience and a commitment to community. After working with one of the largest State Farm agents for over 22 years, I established our Legacy office on January 1, 2019, with a second location in Big Rapids set to open in early 2025. As a Grand Valley State University graduate and an ambassador for the Cadillac Area Chamber of Commerce, Im deeply invested in the community. Were proud sponsors of the Cadillac Freedom Festival and frequently participate in local events

Responsibilities:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
