Overview The Admin Director of Quality and Risk Management leads a data‑driven program that champions zero‑harm culture, elevates patient experience, and drives measurable improvement across a high‑performing acute care hospital. Responsibilities Set strategy, mobilize teams, and harness data and innovation to achieve exceptional outcomes and accreditation excellence. Lead a collaborative program integrating Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, Infection Prevention, Case Management, Clinical Documentation Integrity, and Education. Guide Lean and PDSA cycles, coordinate RCA and FMEA, strengthen Just Culture, and hardwire evidence‑based bundles. Enhance HCAHPS and core measures, reduce harm and readmissions, and ensure Joint Commission and CMS readiness. Oversee event review, mitigation strategies, regulatory compliance, HIPAA/privacy workflows, peer review, and performance reporting. Partner daily with nurses, physicians, analysts, risk coordinators, infection preventionists, and a diverse interprofessional team.
