Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Surgical Floor, Beachwood, Ohio. This position involves providing patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within a healthcare facility. The nurse will be assigned to a float pool, with responsibilities including floating to medical-surgical telemetry, flex units, observation units, and emergency department holds, while working day shifts. Job Details Schedule: Day shift from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, working every other weekend and every other holiday. Required Qualifications: Valid Ohio RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, 1 year of recent Medical Surgical (MS) nursing experience, flexibility to float across units, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are preferred but not required. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: The role involves working in a float pool environment, providing care across multiple units including med/surg telemetry, observation, flex, and emergency department holds. The start date for this assignment is 09/07/2026, with a minimum schedule of 36 hours per week.
