We care.The Position:Reports to: Regional DirectorJob Description: It is the Assistant Regional Director's responsibility to assist in managing all duties related to the operation of Soccer Shots. The Assistant Regional Director will be asked to aid in the following functions:Coaching and Staff Leadership:Coach as needed to cover for absent coaches and at Demos and Free Fun DaysAssisting in maintaining the master instructor schedule, handling cancellations and reschedules, as needed.Assisting in the preparation for the seasonal instructor meetingsMarketing and Communications:Performing seasonal marketing/promotions for Park and School ProgramsCommunicating with parents, directors, and other account representativesAdministration:Scheduling and preparing all materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots seasonMaintaining instructor equipment and prize inventorySales/Growth:Meeting seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals by adding new park and school accounts and promoting thoroughly at each account/location.Documenting summary and follow-up notes, and completing sales day action items in a timely fashion.Benefit to You:Starting Pay - $36,000 per yearDetailed Compensation Growth Package401(k) with up to 3% company matchPaid for Continuing Education in Early Childhood Education and Soccer CoachingPaid Time OffGenerous Holiday ScheduleWhat You Need:Passion for early education and positively impacting youthBest candidates will excel in social interactions with directors and parentsSelf starter who has a keen attention to detailReliable transportation and a valid Driver's LicenseHigh School Diploma minimum, Bachelor's Degree PreferredEligible to work in the U.S., to include passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.Must be 18 in accordance with Florida statutes to pass a DCF Level 2 background Check.Hours:Monday through Friday 8:30am-6:00pm Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pmOur Culture:We are a young company with a lively culture.
