Lead Analyst, Data Product at Johnson & Johnson owns MedTech supply chain data products throughout their lifecycle, translating business needs into governed data models. The role involves partnering with supply chain teams, leading cross-functional squads, and ensuring data products deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Partner with supply chain teams to identify business problems, use cases, and desired outcomes
Translate business opportunities into product scope, requirements, success measures, and acceptance criteria
Own data product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery, publication, adoption, and improvement
Lead domain-aligned data product squads and connect business partners with technical and delivery teams
Measure product adoption, quality, and business value to prioritize ongoing improvements and address risks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree
Experience in data product management, product management, or business analysis
Demonstrated ability to lead data or analytics initiatives from discovery through delivery
Strong communication skills and ability to work across organizational boundaries
Knowledge of data requirements, modeling, governance, integration, and quality practices
Familiarity with supply chain domains such as planning, procurement, manufacturing, or logistics
Experience with regulated industries such as MedTech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare preferred
