Shift Manager

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. Description As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, cleanliness, meet performance targets, monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth shift transition. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older and a positive team player with flexibility and passion to work in a fast‑paced environment.
