As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.Job responsibilitiesAccountable for product vision, roadmap execution, risk management, and business growth outcomes, with a focus on healthcare claim payments and clearinghouse-enabled remittance flows. Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets for B2B healthcare claim payments and healthcare clearinghousesExperience building healthcare ecosystems and relationships with trading partnersLeads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new capabilities/methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, reliability, and scalability.Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectivesPartners with Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance/Legal, and client-facing teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver outcomes across complex, regulated payment and data flows.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExperience in payments with a deep understanding of payables and the related methods of paymentsExtensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsProven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRecognized thought leader within a related fieldExperience with healthcare payments or a closely related field.MBA preferredFEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT:This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
