RN - Rehab

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30) Job Description As a Registered Nurse in the Rehabilitation unit, you will provide comprehensive care for patients with various rehabilitation needs. This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to support patients recovering from traumatic injuries and surgeries. Responsibilities Administer medications and manage patient care plans. Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs. Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Provide support for ventilator-dependent patients and manage complex care needs. Implement care protocols for patients with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and amputations. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation or similar setting. Level 1 trauma experience preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington. BLS certification is required. Previous charge experience is a plus.
