Key Responsibilities

• Utilize radiographic and computed tomography techniques to capture superior diagnostic images for physician evaluation
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and members of the healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnostic outcomes
• Ensure proper patient positioning and fine-tune equipment settings for optimal imaging results
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and staff
• Maintain detailed and accurate records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep documentation

Education Specifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Graduation from a recognized radiology program

Essential Certifications

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment

Desirable Skills

• Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging standards and safety practices
• Excellent interpersonal abilities with patients and multidisciplinary team members
