Why This Opportunity Stands Out Newly created position driven by company growth Stable organization with over five decades of success Family-oriented culture with excellent employee retention Exposure to both residential and commercial property portfolios Opportunity to work closely with experienced leadership and a collaborative accounting team Flexible, supportive management that values work-life balance Community-focused organization actively involved in charitable initiatives Strong long-term growth potential within the company Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules Perform general ledger reconciliations and month-end close activities Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support accounting operations across residential and commercial properties Analyze property financial performance and provide reporting to leadership Assist with cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and GAAP standards Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting experience Real estate, property management, or construction accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel What You’ll Gain This position offers an excellent combination of stability, career growth, and professional development within a highly regarded organization.
