RESPONSIBILITIES Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers during scheduled working hours. Introduce prospective customers to our agency and generate interest in State Farm insurance products and services. Identify potential customer needs and generate qualified sales opportunities for our licensed team. Consistently follow up with prospects who may require multiple contacts. Maintain a high level of energy and effort throughout each calling shift. Accurately document calls, conversations, follow-ups, and prospect information in our CRM system. Meet established expectations for call volume, lead generation, and production based on scheduled hours. Follow State Farm guidelines and applicable compliance requirements. Contribute to the overall growth and production goals of the agency.
