Overview NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanic for the Vienna, WV area. Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of undercar repairs, including brakes, struts and shocks. Complete state-mandated inspections. Change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts. Dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance (or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties). Possess an extensive personal toolbox used in performing undercar repairs. Preferred: state inspection license(s); ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5). Physical Requirements Active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pulling, reaching and repetitive movements.
