Manufacturing Technician

Malvern, United States | Posted on 08/11/2026 Hourly Rate: $17.00-$19.00 First Shift Position (7:00am-3:00/3:30pm) Responsibilities: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment & processes Prepare machines for a production cycle, including calibration Supply raw material or parts to semi-automated machines Troubleshoot issues that might occur during the shift Verify output to detect any machine related mistakes or flaws Create and manage records of approved and defective units Create and maintain activity logs and necessary paperwork Responsible for performing cleanings, inspections and lubrication of assigned machines Meet or exceed Business Performance Targets for Production, Process Reliability Requirements Manufacturing experience preferred Working experience of Loss Elimination Methodologies preferred (TPM, Lean Manufaturing, 5S, OEE etc) Strong communication and analytical skills, able to problem solve creatively Able to work in a warehouse/manufacture setting Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time Health Insurance (covers employee 100%) PTO (can accrue 14 PTO days in the 1st year of employment) Holiday Pay Life Insurance (100% paid for employee by company) Short Term Disability (100% paid for employee by company) Long Term Disability (100% paid for employee by company) Retirement Plan 401K (with 5% Safe Harbor contribution for each employee) #J-18808-Ljbffr
