Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Nurse - Location TBD. This professional role involves delivering safe, patient-centered care in the radiology department, focusing on interventional radiology procedures. The nurse will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 7.5 hours per shift, minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License; BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support); 2 years of ambulatory, radiation safety, and post-procedural care experience; minimum of 2 years of RN experience; minimum 1 year of travel experience for travel positions, not required for Per Diem positions; EPIC experience highly preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in radiology and interventional procedures.
• Additional Information: The role requires delivering care based on nursing theory, research, evidence-based practice, and organizational standards. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, collaborating on care plans, educating patients and families, and supporting quality and safety initiatives within the department. The nurse will also perform charge duties, coordinate supplies, and facilitate patient throughput.
