This care is provided within the Mid-Level Practitioner's specialty area(s), settings, and scope of practice. The Mid-Level Practitioner may assume the role of provider, clinical expert, educator, administrator, researcher, case manager and/or consultant.In this Inpatient role you will triage pregnant patients greater than 20 week gestation. You will complete vaginal exams, speculum exams, labor assessments, no blood draws, obtain specimen from vaginal vault for labs.
