Position: Operations Manager – Clinic Setting Location: Crown Point, IN Job Id: 31448 # of Openings: 1 Overview As an Operations Manager at ABC, you will lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility. Responsibilities Metrics & Financials: Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance. Community Engagement: Establish strong connections with families, providing education and guidance throughout the onboarding journey. Team Leadership: Attract, engage & retain 25‑50 teammates who deliver on clinical excellence. Conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions and development plans. Plan monthly & quarterly team events and celebrations. Clinical Outcomes: Partner with your Clinic Admissions Associate, Clinical Director & Department Leaders on operations quality. Qualifications At least 6 years of people‑management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management. Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people‑management experience required. High EQ – works with kids with developmental delays and their families. Strong and professional communication style among department leaders. An impact player who will provide an amazing experience to all teammates & families – never afraid to run to the fire and save the day. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, assume a variety of positions (bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching at or above shoulder level, and reaching overhead). Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to maintain near and far visual acuity. Must be physically present at assigned job location. Ability to properly wear necessary PPE. Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech or other sounds. Exposure to moderate-to-loud noise frequently. Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate consequences. Ability to safely and successfully perform essential functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
