Pallet Sorter – Warehouse Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Pallet Sorter to support our warehouse operations. This role involves inspecting, sorting, and handling pallets while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates are physically capable, safetyminded, and comfortable working in a fastpaced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and Inspect Pallets:
  Manually sort pallets by type, size, and condition. Inspect pallets for damage and determine whether they can be repaired, reused, or must be discarded.
• Material Handling:
  Load, unload, lift, stack, and move pallets throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or by hand, in accordance with safety standards.
• Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness:
  Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Order Assembly (as needed):
  Assemble customer orders by selecting products from inventory and accurately staging them on pallets for shipment.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Follow all workplace safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and stacking heavy items
• Experience using pallet jacks or forklifts (preferred, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Dependable, punctual, and safetyfocused
• Prior warehouse or pallethandling experience is a plus

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting
• Standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements required
• May involve exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures
