Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced L&D Director specializing in Labor and Delivery for an exciting travel assignment in Elk City, OK. This is a leadership role within a dynamic environment featuring 3 Labor Suites, 7 Mother/Baby rooms, and a dedicated team of 14 RNs, 3 LPNs, and 2 Nurse Techs.

Key Responsibilities of the L&D Director

• Oversee and manage the Labor and Delivery unit operations
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals
• Implement policies and procedures within the department
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements of the L&D Director

• Current RN license
• Fetal heart monitoring certification
• Stable, NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a staff RN
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director
