Description Speech Therapist Shift: Full‑Time Rate: $81,900 - $87,750 annual salary (depending on experience) Location: Roscoe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Job Description: Speech Language Pathologist makes assessments and provides appropriate services to help residents and patients improve and/or regain skills as part of a comprehensive therapy regimen. Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident progress. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. Active SLP license in NYS Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
