Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist. This role focuses on a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students, including intervention, an ECSE classroom, a self-contained K-4th grade class, and one behavioral support program. Collaborate with dedicated educators to help students communicate effectively and thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid SLP-CCC credentials required
• Background in school-based speech-language pathology; school experience is essential
• Experience with pediatric populations, particularly within elementary environments
• Prior exposure to Texas schools highly preferred
• Strong documentation and collaboration abilities
• Capable of adapting to the unique needs of ECSE, self-contained, and behavioral program settings
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants will not be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, therapy, and consultations for a varied student caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services across settings
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold all compliance requirements
• Apply evidence-based practices tailored to each student’s needs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
