Job Title: Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their personal insurance needs, building strong, lasting relationships, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The ideal candidate is a licensed insurance producer with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate personal insurance products (e.g., auto, home, umbrella).
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement to grow the agency's personal lines book of business.
• Conduct detailed personal insurance policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to ensure comprehensive coverage for each client.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and other relevant documents in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to advocate for clients and secure optimal coverage terms.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and policy offerings to provide clients with expert advice.
• Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulations as well as agency policies and procedures.
• Participate in company training, sales meetings, and team-building activities to foster personal and professional growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in using insurance industry software, CRMs, and quoting tools.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented culture.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
