THE WORK Litigate PI cases from complaint to resolution Negotiate with defense counsel and insurance companies who don’t play fair Draft powerful pleadings, motions, and discovery Show up ready for depositions, court, and trial Be a trusted advisor to your clients Make a real difference—every day WHAT YOU BRING 2+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred, but not required) Trial experience?
