Parts Counter Salesperson (Heavy Equipment)

South Florida Caterpillar dealer is seeking a sharp, experienced, and self-motivated Parts Counter Salesperson for the Parts Department at our Miami location. Excellent customer service skills are required. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Daily interactions will include assisting customers and employees through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Bilingual in English and Spanish is needed. Minimum one (1) year of parts sales experience preferred. Must be a high school graduate and have a valid and clean driver's license.
