Cytotechnologist
A healthcare organization is seeking a Cytotechnologist to join their laboratory team on a full-time permanent basis.
Position Details:
- Full-time permanent position
- Day, evening, or rotating shift opportunities may be available

Responsibilities:
- Examine and evaluate cytology specimens for abnormal cellular changes
- Screen gynecological and non-gynecological specimens
- Prepare and stain cytology slides according to laboratory protocols
- Accurately document findings and maintain laboratory records
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality assurance and safety standards
- Collaborate with pathologists and healthcare providers to support accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
- CT (ASCP) certification preferred or required for many positions
- Bachelor’s degree in Cytotechnology or related laboratory science field
- Previous cytology experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced laboratory setting
