Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques Establish treatment goals, and develop and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based upon a full clinical evaluation Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients Treat residents one on one so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional-based treatment approach Individualize treatment sessions Benefits Desirable Monday‑Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements 401(k) Medical/dental/vision/prescription/pet insurance for qualified positions Paid time off (PTO) with rollover and buyout options at year’s end for qualified positions Company-paid group life Flex spending account Voluntary life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance Licensure reimbursement Company-provided CEUs and unlimited online CEUs for full-time employees Career advancement opportunities Qualifications Masters degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills USD $41.00 - $48.00 /Hr.
