Join Our Team as a Locum Tenens Provider

Our organization is dedicated to streamlining the locum tenens experience. • Schedule: 4 days per month, with 2 days every other week, preferably Wednesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Patient Load: Approximately 8 to 10 patients daily.
• Surgical Duties: Conduct around 2 to 3 surgeries each day.
• Coverage: Outpatient clinic and operating room responsibilities.
• Required Skills: Proficiency in general ENT surgical and non-surgical procedures, including endoscopic techniques such as septal, sinus, and laryngoscopy. Skills in thyroidectomy and rhinoplasty are essential.
• Commitment: Long-term coverage preferred, with a minimum commitment of one year.

• Pay Rate: Ranges from $175.00 to $250.00 per hour. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications. The rates include base pay and potential additional earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay.
• Weekly Payments: We negotiate competitive compensation and ensure payments are made weekly.
