Looking to kick-start or further develop your career in Talent Acquisition? Hatch is seeking a motivated and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Pittsburgh on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Lead, Talent Acquisition - USA, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across the region. Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while helping deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

In this role, you will:

• Support end-to-end recruitment administration across the USA region.
• Create and manage requisitions and candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with candidate shortlisting and pre-screening activities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage background checks, pre-employment testing, and onboarding documentation.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters.
• Support named hires and other targeted recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare recruitment reports and insights as required.

About You

You have previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline will be well regarded but are not essential. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, are essential, and experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as SuccessFactors will be advantageous. Most importantly, you are a proactive team player who takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and demonstrates professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
